To celebrate the arrival of Fall to the Texas Hill Country, La Bergerie presents its first ever wine dinner. We are honored to welcome EIEIO wine maker Jay McDonald for a bountiful four course Texas harvest dinner prepared by La Bergerie's Charcutier Julia Poplawsky. Wines to be poured include EIEIO Swine Wine Pinot Noir, EIEIO Cuvée E Pinot Noir, Saffron Fields Vineyard Pinot Noir, Yates Conwill Chardonnay, EIEIO Cuvée E Chardonnay, and EIEIO Rosé of Pinot Noir. From sourcing sustainably farmed, organic grapes to hand-picking the fruit, Jay makes the best possible wines he can without compromise. Jay's wines are soulful, vibrant, and deliciously funky.
